Slowly Restaurant & Lounge, the Landini family’s new culinary destination at 1520 Garnet Ave. In Pacific Beach, embraces the Mediterranean tradition of Aperitivo every Thursday from 4-7 p.m. During this time, guests can enjoy a complimentary spread of elevated bites, including charcuterie cups, assorted empanadas, flatbreads, sliders, salads, and more – all crafted to accompany Slowly’s signature cocktails.
Designed for unwinding after work or catching up with friends, Aperitivo offers the perfect opportunity to relax and seamlessly transition from day to night in a stylish and inviting setting. Each of the night’s culinary offerings is intended to pair with Slowly’s handcrafted cocktails, such as the Whispering Ember’s Old-Fashioned, made with Bulleit Rye Whiskey, simple syrup, cherry bitters, angostura bitters and Luxardo cherry, smoked tableside and priced at $19; the Bonfire Espresso Martini, made with espresso, vodka, Mozart White Chocolate Liqueur, marshmallow syrup and torched tableside, priced at $17; and the Mellow Mango Margarita, made with tequila, mango puree, fresh lime, agave and a smoked paprika rim, priced $16; among others.
The restaurant’s full menu of Mediterranean cuisine infused with Baja flair will also be available throughout the evening. It is open for dinner from 4-10 p.m. on Sundays to Thursdays; and from 4-11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
