Brought to you by Landini’s Restaurant Group, known for neighborhood favorites Landini’s Pizzeria and Ristorante Illando in Little Italy, and Scuderie Italia in Pacific Beach, Slowly Restaurant and Lounge is a vibrant full-service restaurant with a full bar showcasing specialty cocktails in Pacific Beach, San Diego. Offering a unique blend of Mediterranean and Mexican cuisine, Slowly brings a fresh approach to the dining and bar scene of this relaxed coastal community.

Humbly designed by owner, Christine Landini, Slowly is the destination where every sip and bite unfolds in perfect time. Hand-painted custom murals by local artist, Allison Hunsley, adorn each room reminding guests to slow down and savor every moment.  So whether you’re planning an intimate dinner or a celebratory gathering, Slowly’s inviting ambiance with oversized banquettes, green cozy chairs, and alluring mirrors, provides the perfect backdrop. And with weekend valet service and DJ vibes, you can arrive in style and soak up the lively atmosphere.

Landini’s Restaurant Group was founded in 2009 by Leo Landini, a Florence, Italy native, and his wife, Christine Landini, a San Diego native, with the opening of Landini’s Pizzeria in San Diego’s Little Italy. Building on the success of the pizzeria and its acclaimed New York-style pizza, the duo opened Landini’s Pizzeria in Point Loma’s Liberty Public Market in 2019, and recently expanded with a third Landini’s in Las Vegas. Famous for its New York-style pizza, sold whole and by the slice, Landini’s is true to its slogan, “It’s more than just pizza,” with an expansive Italian menu that includes panini sandwiches, salads, hot wings and an assortment of pasta dishes, including carbonara, ravioli and lasagna. Ristorante Illando, the first sit-down restaurant for the couple, opened in 2016 upstairs above their flagship Landini’s Pizzeria with a backyard patio in Little Italy. An intimate Tuscan trattoria, Illando serves antipasti, an assortment of house-made pasta dishes and Landini’s famous New York-style pizzas. In 2020, Landini’s Restaurant Group entered a new neighborhood with the opening of Scuderie Italia, an Italian bistro in San Diego’s Pacific Beach neighborhood serving elevated Italian cuisine in a lively, casual atmosphere.
